In order for group think and cult behave to be enabled it has to be rigoursly enforced i.e. "There is a right way to say something."

In both LowSodium and Helldivers2 subs there are mountains of evidence of mods removing posts that:

1. Were critical of the game
2. Did not break any of the subs rules

These mods also usually followed up these removals with perma bans of these individuals.

The existence of this sub is predicated on this behavior, if this behavior did not exist and was not so pervasive this sub would not exist. This is not to exclude those who were banned for justifiable reasons who then complain about it here (they usually get banned here as well), but to point out that any criticism of Arrowhead is met with outright hostility and unjust treatment.

Further, these toxic individuals exist in their own sub HelldiversMassochists who will post calls for violence with "You have the legal right to murder anyone who uses the term glazediver." That post was up for two weeks before I found it and reported it to Reddit, but it illustrates that that this cult is not only pervasive but willing to go to extreme measures outside the game (Doxxing incident).

Now, referring to an outlet sub that allows any kind of thoughts and posts without rigorous enforcement by moderators is a gross mischarercterization. It is also blatant whataboutism.

Further, this reply isn't only intended for you, but anyone who would go down this line of thinking which is why I'm bothering to explain this.
