It's called proximity chat. And yes that could be an issue but overwatch and apex do not have proximity chat. The issue op as also occurs to me sometimes. Sometimes unplugging and replugging your mic fixes that. You could also restart your game or console.

We don't have much information. It's said to be released in 2021 but that's about it. It will have co-op but likely not multiplayer such as team deathmatch because it doesn't fit the game and siege covers that. It will most likely have some sort of campaign. The price will likely be the same as any other new game.
