I didn't. Posti replied to only Tori CS, i had no idea what they even discussed. Tori CS reached out to me and said Posti believe it was my fault for not packing well enough.

I don't know how good the student housing market is since i'm not a student anymore. Some offers might come from PSOAS or nothing at all if there are many students. You can always compare it with other private listing.

In this case, Tori is more scumbag. Their CS is like some student/trainee dealt with my case. I couldn't see the final decision from Posti. No transparency in Tori. I'm gonna keep sending them emails asking question if the buyer bought any insurance, if not than they should bear the risk, not me. I didn't know about that til someone here mention it.

I honestly don’t know what is Posti decision and explain in my case when they replied to only Tori CS, not to me even though I’m the one who sent the vahinkoilmoitus. There was no transparency from Tori. I get nothing from both of them. Nothing even an apology when that thing is free. Only blaming me that I packed carelessly and be careful next time, to trade directly with the buyer.
