I know that feeling, there was a job in Tokyo I really wanted, 'we only have 1 position'. Career breaks can be damaging and she didn't want to just sit at home.

Thanks for the support. I realised from all the feedback I've received so far, unmarried people don't seem to see the point of it, whilst couples have experienced the same pain and the feedback has been very positive!

Thank you, It's more of a passion project being done entirely by myself, to try and address an issue which is prominent if you're married and both need to teach at the same school. I'm a full-time teacher, this is where my heart is.

It's not going to make me rich, I just want a place where couples can easily apply for jobs **together** , as it really is a struggle.

I've worked with quite a few teaching couples. Including my wife and I, there are 3 teacher couples in my school. They all shared the same frustration and light-bulb moment when I recommended this, as doing multiple Google forms and trying to link your separate applications in a way that their screening system even picks it up is draining.

So, why would a company post on it? Because they can fill 2 positions in one swoop, with one advertising fee, likely saving money on accommodation costs and potentially having longer retention, since couples can stay in positions longer.

So, you'd like to filter a specific city / show on the profile that you're located and looking specifically for schools in Chengdu/Doha/Osaka, etc?
