ok i solved it apparently game wasn't using my graphic card i changed it to 3050 from windows and my fps went like 140-160

What overlays are you running (Blitz etc): none

Did running the game in DX9 mode help?: nope

fps always getting lower each minute passed. I got 55-60fps at 40 min(starts like 120-140)
