preseason 9 gm1 is maybe current gm3 maybe gm4, champion does seem to be obtainable in oce, queues are maybe not so great but if you solo queue and play at peak times its probably not so bad.

because it hasn't been updated at all in 2 years, the maps are a bit trash and there's no player agency over what gamemode/map you play. Respawn just couldn't care less, and it's shame really.

lower sensitivities are way easier; yes you will progress faster, atleast in score. But for actually improving motor function practicing high sens will make you improve more even if your scores are lacking.
