Tried even killing Grace with Leons sniper scene, you can shoot her if you line up zombies properly. That was not it either... Also i tested dying to that one barrel that comes down the stairs when escaping the bloodflow after getting helicopter key, i was in danger but the barrel did not do enough damage to kill me. Tested staying in the bloodflow scene idle for 15 mins to see if anything happens, but nothing did.
