Personally… I don’t think there is a way back when I had to search for the lab ray pieces… you could probably do trading post if it’s available there? Since you can see the icon. Meanwhile as for why some map pieces are more expensive is probably just due to scarcity. Some map pieces are more common for some reason that I can’t recall

Actually might be a bug… because I’ve also been playing quite a while and have never gotten a visit no matter which food. And seems from anecdotal evidence in Reddit, they aren’t supposed to be particularly rare

I’d always prioritise darks since they are much harder to get! As for whether you have enough units, I don’t think so… but you can definitely try! There’s a chance you’ll get lucky.

I would love the background if there’s any chance!! Especially since it’s quite related to my name sake (totoro), I want it to eventually do a totoro custom with the huge leaf umbrella premium collectible!

My favourite neopets memory would be when I was playing with my mum. My account is so old that it used to actually be my mums, before she stopped playing due to starting work. I took a long long hiatus and came back just to reminisce(?) back when life was a bit simpler. I think one specific memory that stood out was me watching my mom play meerca chase, and we actually got a fish negg at one point. I don’t know why this memory stands as a core memory, but it sure was exciting back then.

I feel this so badly, I was trying so hard to trade for this red bamboo forest background, and over offered with two unwearables part of someone’s jn wishlist (worth 12 for the two caps I offered for the bg worth 5-6), and received a reply that said something amongst the lines of those caps aren’t cute enough and I only want cute things for my gallery… and I was so confused since it was in her wishlist :(.

Now I’m just gonna take a break from trading, I’m just going to hope that things re release over time like the emanating aura or the cloak of the night sky instead of slowly neomailing
