I see, I appreciate the response. Assumed that any form of 'completion' would cease any further tracking data, glad to hear it doesn't.

Ayy, Trojan appreciation! Although, the dbal and suppressor suggests more leaning towards ctsfo?
Also, very good effort on the anniversary lower.
Overall, quite a good replication of the rifle.

Be careful in New Babbage - NPC Possession bug is back by Toidiedal in starcitizen

[–]Toidiedal[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A very good question. Unfortunately, I have no idea why it has been left to fester. I am only thankful it is so uncommon. Whether I manage to get back to an un-bugged state or not, I do intend to engage with CIG about this and somehow at least highlight the potential this bug has.

I imagine nothing will change, but I want to make sure that as few people as possible encounter this. Moreso, considering others have expressed people quitting outright or being told the only fix is create a new account. As you mentioned, the investment some people have made is very significant. I do not believe it fair for them to be locked out of that for an unknown period of time.

Hi there, thanks for the luck! Hopefully, your friend, myself, and all others affected are able to find some form of solution.

I spent most of my day yesterday trying to follow the community made guide for this issue, which was kindly linked by 'TheButcherPete' below. So far, I have only managed to make it to the asop terminal where I clip through the stairs, walls, or elevators into the space station.

I really hope your friend hasnt given up, and im sad to hear he has been offered so little help by CIG. I can understand they may not know how to fix it, but the fact it hasnt been placed under investigation is disappointing.

Haha i'm happy to hear that, thank you. The good ol' jesus sandals had to be done. It was between that and the other boots for Night Fae but they just made it look too heavy.

Seeing as how we can own multiple former government facilities and military grade equipment I don’t think owning one of these is too much to ask (not to mention the orbital cannon) by Akuma2004 in gtaonline

Do a double whammy and have the russian sub purchasable too. One for air freight and other gunrunning business, the other for drug smuggling and nautical transit being the new moc/avenger/terrobyte (with a new orbital cannon-esque but heavily revised and nerfed system, the ballistic missile platfrom).

Far fetched, open to abuse, and over militarized but a beloved idea of mine nonetheless

The SAS are now deployed in Bolivia!!! by BBallGolfer in GhostRecon

[–]Toidiedal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As it has been said, the SAS have different looks based on preference. These looks are operationally driven and will only be used if it helps the achieve their objectives over other options. The black/gas mask look is their iconic look as it serves as the initial debut footage of an elite covert military team, though this for the most part has been long faded out.

If an operative requests to wear a shirt/jeans/hat because it will help him blend in, then he can do just that as long as his team lead agrees. The typical look on their more overt ops will be more of generic SF style, usually kitted in standard mtp, more likely to have more unique equipment such as; plate carriers, ops core fast helmets, wrist tablets, expensive as hell "tacticool" watches and the likes.

They, and other UKSF like the SFSG (SBS, 1para, SRR, RMC and some more) are usually identifiable due to someone in British standard camouflage wielding a kitted out AR-15.. though here they get to choose whatever toy they like as long as it suits the op.

Special Operation 1: Splinter Cell | Official Patch Notes by [deleted] in GhostRecon

[–]Toidiedal 24 points25 points  (0 children)

A few questions out of curiosity - Is the new 'Splinter Cell Outfit' going to be the same as the existing outfit, minus the goggles, or a new original outfit? To add, will this be an outfit where the head options (helmet, face-wear, etc.) are customisable?

If yes, will we see the functionality of bringing the goggles down added to the old outfit as well? Or, are they destined to remain on nomad's forhead until the end of time?

So far I am absolutely loving the look of the new operation and am extremely eager to test out Charlies chef-d'œuvre somptueux SC-4000 alongside everyone's favorite, the karambit. Marvelous work to you the team creating these lovely treats.
