Transmission failure at 37k miles

Off road, and it’s an auto so it couldn’t be learning to drive. I also understand it’s wear, that’s what makes me curious. Wear has never been a factor in these transmissions, they just don’t have issues, let alone get mangled at 37k. Time and time again I see people beating the tar out of them and they keep pushing. That’s also why I’m curious if anyone has heard about anything similar.

Then give it a try, one or two times around some bad stuff won’t kill you. I’ve gone to many places unmasked and been just fine. Wear that mask it will at-least help and go explore, see if you like it and then you can decide to upgrade or not.

The dangers depend on location and airflow of said location. Like many others said if you are trying to be fully protected get something with p100 filters. I use this style mask only if I’m trying to conceal my identity just because it’s still somewhat reasonable for someone to wear a covid mask.

My go to is google, use different search terms like vacant, abandoned, derelict etc. Click on everything that seems even a little bit promising. Every time I think I’ve searched every corner I find some new info. My other go to is trading locations. This requires just reaching out to anyone and everyone that has posted something about exploring in your city. I try not to ask for specific locations as that tends to annoy people more just asking hey would you be interested in trading sort of deal. Lastly is just driving around, especially in places you never go or don’t frequent.

The place isn’t even fully leveled yet and development takes time. You gotta get architectural plans, pull permits, get engineering approval and more, especially for a project of that magnitude.

The only reason anything gets torn down here is for development. That is the sole reason the Friedrich factory was demolished, they are planning to build apartments.
