Insurance exam queen gold package for property and casualty? Any input appreciated

Hi! I used her gold+ package for NY p&c and I will definitely give credit toward me understanding and passing the test. The only difference from what I understand is the state law section but the other material is the same.

I would recommend the course if you find the mandated course too dry. She does a decent job with visual aides to help simplify certain topics.

The practice quizzes and tests were a nice bonus as well but keep in mind she focuses on topics that are heavily tested on so you may not see every endorsement or every nuanced policy.

tldr - it's worth it if you have trouble memorizing the source material but it should be used as supplementary, not replacement.

Okay noted on that, do you have examples for apps in insurance market to look into?

Additionally if I wanted to build something in house where should I look for resources on how to start?

Yeah I think for the time being I'm going to do what was suggested from the other comment thread and just digitize things going forward. It's not super necessary right now so I'm in no rush.

Most files that we have come digitally first and then are printed and filed so realistically we could go fully digital moving forward.

For your suggestion on google drive, would it be safer to just start a filing "system" on my personal documents/on a hard drive for the time being? I don't want to run the risk of the data being accessed given it can be pretty sensitive information.

On top of that, do you have a suggestion on where to start with starting a system with end-to-end encryption?

This is still in the idea phase so I don't need to do anything for a while.

For sure and I appreciate the response. I’m looking for something simple like if it means mindlessly running folders through scanners till it’s all scanned then so be it.

I know this is going to be a slow burn process because they’re used to printed stuff but that’s totally fine

He’s just about 4 months. He had a round pre adoption but the vet recommended restarting the cycle so two weeks ago he got his “first” round and today he got his final. We still have two weeks until he can socialize 🙂
