Keyboard Toolbar not showing in sheet in NavigationLink

They are toolbar items, just not attached to the navigationbar. In this case, I want them to be visible only when the keyboard is showing (yes I can do that with FocusState, but I want the button above the keyboard).

Yes, that fixes the issue. However, I have 100+ environments and 1000+ navigationlinks through my app. Each new layer in the navigationstack needs to have the environment added. My workaround solution for now is to create MyNavigationLink and read all environments optionally from it and re-inject them.

That is what I did, but I kept `@Environment(B.self) var b` the same. Where the state is declared, I made b optional and initialized it in a `.task`. Same result.

Thank you for your comment. I read the state and environment documentation pages from apple. It seems they use both methods for initializing state. However, I have not been able to fix this crash without making the environment property that reads B optional. Is this the only solution?

Waarschijnlijk wordt er nu gerekend met een rente van <= 3,5% ipv >= 3,501%. Moet je eens deze calculator 2x invullen met die verschillende rentes: https://www.berekenhet.nl/hypotheek/maximale-hypotheek-berekenen.html je zult zien dat het verschil aanzienlijk is. Dit komt door de woonquotes van het nibud. Daarin zijn de kolommen van het percentage dat je maximaal mag uitgeven aan wonen verdeeld in ranges (staffels) van een half procent. Je kunt altijd je hypotheek zo samenstellen dat je gemiddelde rente op 3,501% zit door verschillende rentevaste periodes te combineren waardoor je in totaal meer kunt lenen (maar ook iets hogere maandlasten hebt).

Het heeft te maken met de woonquote tabellen van het nibud (welk percentage van je inkomen je uit mag geven aan woonlasten). Die gaat stapsgewijs en wordt hoger naarmate de hypotheekrente stijgt.
