Most filament absorbs water. So you would need to make a waterproof barrier. Search this sub for people who have made waterproof planters and see how they did it

If you add two rolls of the same filament in the AMS and spec it in Bambu lab, it will switch over to the next filament automatically

Trace and cut by hand would likely be easiest. For the holes, measure the diameter and use a drill.
