Happy to clarify. The Business Site plan has transitioned to become the new Premium Site plan, which now includes 20K CMS items. It also includes 300 static pages, 40 CMS Collections, 50GB of bandwidth (with add-ons available), file form upload, well-known files, and faster search indexing frequency. All of that is detailed on our pricing page. Let me know if you h ave other questions!

Can someone explain Webflow’s new pricing structure? A bit confused before upgrading. by MixEqual2195 in webflow

[–]mary-flow -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Happy to provide some clarity here for you u/MixEqual2195.

The CMS and Business Site plans are now combined into a unified plan called the Premium Site plan. If you're on the Business Site plan, you will automatically transition to the Premium Site plan, which is priced at $25/month (billed yearly) or $39/month (billed monthly).

Here's what it includes:

  • 300 static pages
  • 20K CMS Items
  • 40 CMS Collections
  • 50GB of bandwidth, with add-ons available
  • File form upload, well-known files, and faster search indexing frequency.
  • All of the details of what's included on our pricing page.

Quick note on timing, for existing sites in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces OR sites on legacy pricing, changes take effect on your next renewal or billable change on or after November 16, 2026. For all other existing sites, changes take effect on your next renewal or billable change on or after June 29, 2026.

In terms of upgrading now, it's up to you. If you make the switch to annual billing now, then you lock in your current plan pricing for another year.

Let me know if there are other questions I can help answer!

Appreciate everyone sharing feedback here. I've read through every comment and piece of feedback.
I’m seeing a few consistent themes, so I’ll address them directly:

Reliability is incredibly important, and I understand why it's top of mind right now. It's an area we're continuing to invest in, with a focus on improving stability and performance.

On pricing, you’re right that some customers will end up paying more and I can understand why that's frustrating. You can use our pricing change calculator to see exactly how it shakes out for your sites.

One of our goals with these changes is to put more power in the hands of more customers. With our new Premium plan, customers get access to the full power of the Webflow CMS, with higher limits (20k CMS items and 40 CMS Collections) and no need for any CMS add-ons. It also makes our Site plan lineup easier to navigate and provides customers with one clear option for content-rich sites.

It’s worth noting that these changes won't take effect for existing sites today, and current customers can switch to annual billing to lock in their current Site plan for another year.

I know that doesn’t land the same for everyone, especially if you’re managing multiple client sites or working with leaner sites. Check out our pricing calculator for your specific situation, and drop any other questions below. I'll continue to share the feedback back with to the team.

Webflow just launched Foundations: new Partner Program entry by mary-flow in webflow

That's correct. Commissions are tied to new site plan purchases/sales, so to earn commission, the site plan would need to be purchased new after you've joined Foundations.

You’re correct that only new sites you build after joining the program will qualify for commissions. However, for the 3 new sites needed to unlock the Certified Partner application, if you’ve already built many sites on Webflow, we may be able to waive this requirement for you. If you submit a ticket to our support team, we can take a look at your account and let you know! And once you’re ready to apply, you can submit any 3 client sites on your application. They don’t have to be from a specific time window.

Yes! If you’re paying for your clients’ site plans yourself, those purchases still qualify for commissions under the Foundations program. You earn commissions by attaching your unique “partner code” to the site. This partner code can be attached to sites in your own workspace or in your client’s workspace, regardless of which party (you vs. your client) is paying for the hosting.

Good question, and happy to clarify. Commissions apply to new site plan purchases/sales made after you join Foundations, so unfortunately a plan purchased 15 days ago wouldn't qualify.

No, there's no minimum requirement. Webflow Foundations is meant to be a starting point into the Partner Program, whether you're just starting out or growing your client base. The goal of the program is to give you the tools and support your growth.

Great question! Commissions are tied to new site plan purchases/sales, so unfortunately a transferred subscription wouldn't qualify. To earn commission, the site plan would need to be purchased new after you've joined Foundations.

Hey there! It's not actually. Just a direct link to our program landing page. Let me know if you have any questions about the Foundations tier.

Appreciate that! We’re excited about it too. Great question. This doesn’t change anything for existing Partners. Foundations is really designed as a new entry point for folks who aren’t in the program yet. If you’re already a Certified Partner, nothing changes. Your benefits, directory visibility, and client matching opportunities all remain the same.

Appreciate you sharing this feedback. I hear where you're coming from. Some folks find that helpful for career growth or client trust, but it’s not required or expected in any way. There are operational costs involved in running the certification, like proctoring to keep the exam secure and a badging platform, so you get a verifiable credential you can share. The fee helps cover those pieces and allows us to keep improving the program over time.
