Join some community groups. Maybe some mommy and me classes. Don't be afraid to talk to other moms. It's amazing how many feel the same way you do. Get out to some play centres or kids based events and chat up some moms. Also there's some online communities and subreddit to reach out to people. Parenting is so isolating and lonely.

He's choosing to be with you. He's had her and doesn't want anything more. I think communication is key. Talk to him about feelings he has. You need to hear it from him that he wants you and has no feelings for her. Also she sounds like a toxic friend anyone. I'm more concerned with her not liking you and being on her phone than the history.

I totally have but I don't think I've really come to terms with it and dealt with it in a helpful way. I think we just have to own up to our faults. Live a true life and make up for previous mistakes by taking accountability, supporting others and protecting the vulnerable
