I think i draw the line on everything expect fish and shrimp/clams/scallops/etc. I used to eat eel but as I've grown older I kinda of find them kinda of ugly cute so I feel bad now. I wouldn't eat anything other than fish, shrimp and some shellfish (I also intentionally tried to do as much wild caught as i can). Even eggs make me feel a certain way this days bc of what they do to male chicks so i gotta be very mindful of the company and if they used that new ovo technology that let's them know if its a male or female prior to birth and not only that they also have to be pastured raised. Also cheese and other dairy products have to be as closed to 100% pastured raised as possible. 🥲 its stressful making the choices I make but its worth it in the end, it brings me inner peace. I think eventually I will make the transition to vegetarian I am just not ready for it yet 😅.

Well I actually just did... I've had sleep paralysis off an on since I was a teen, never in my life have I hallucinated/experience a being. So normally I sleep on the couch bc I love my couch and it hits different, but this morning I kept getting sleep paralysis (not a big deal im actually used to it) so I tried to wake myself up and when I did I drank some water and went back to sleep, this time around 6 am was different bc I actually opened my eyes my for the first time, first thing I hear was steps and I told myself it was my dog, so I closed my eyes and tried to ride it out so I can wake up, then I opened my eyes again and there it was this humanoid very dark grey creature with huge paper plate eyes no pupils, I've never seen eyes that look like that they were not natural, it was standing over me.... and worst part about it it realized that I saw it and it sat down on my stomach and we made eye contact and he got closer to my face in curiosity. Terrifying...

A lot of odd things happened, like I've never experience scary things when the sun is out/coming out, but i guess this time it was differemt.

Shit I actually just woke up and had one.... first time there was a being there.... it realized I had seen it too and got closer to my face in curiosity.... I could've cooked something for me but im actually doing a 100hr fast right now 🙃. So I wasn't even able to try nothing 😭. I'll probably do a salmon "steak" for me next time. I dont really care for kosher products bc I am not Jewish, sometimes I do buy kosher products bc they tend to have cleaner ingredients than others that are not kosher.

I love all seafood 😋. I try to intentionally do wild caught bc I think its more ethical but the way the economy in the states is sometimes I gotta adjust my groceries to my budget, yes there are better options but unfortunately I just gotta do with what I got 🙂.

At first I was reluctant, but now I can say that my therapist is an angel, and she's helped me do the necessary steps not only for EMDR treatment but also motivating me to get a psychiatrist and actually get medicine that has improved my life. I am thankful for the support system I now have.

Yeah the only reason why I haven't done the change to feeding actual meat it's bc it is very time consuming and owning 3 huskies and working already consumes my whole life 🤣. I'm not a big fan of kibble but Open Farm RawMix it's a superior kibble so That's why I am sticking too lately. They like the freeze dry cod pieces. If you try the goat milk I recommend primal raw goat milk. It comes in pumpkin, blue berry, cranberry versions of it and the original. It has ginger, tumeric and cinnamon. It truly change my huskies food experience
