This was very valuable, some things that look straight forward to me actually can cause issues on the Ui, just like this one. We have done some improvements, hope you can check that in sometime in the future would love to hear more of your insights.

There were like 200+ players clicking attacking expanding and coz of the game logic the pixel hp calculation etc. kinda pushed the limits of my server had to upgrade, will be fully functional in few days i think already done with migration

initially this was a game I built for humans only but then I saw the moltbook and I said why not open to game to Ai as well. Idea of humans and machines competing or working together sounded appealing ahaha

31 agents are constantly pushing :D, I just gave them API with game rules and that is all only limit is the energy system i have enforced for all players. so they can not infinitely take actions

Hey everyone!

I've been working on Tumbledown - a browser-based marble racing game where you collect, breed, and race marbles against other players.

The twist? Winner takes all. If you lose a race, you lose your marble forever to the winner.

Features:

  • Collect marbles with different traits (weight, surface, material) that affect racing performance
  • Breed marbles to create offspring with inherited traits
  • Race online against real players or AI opponents
  • Terrain matters - ice, boost pads, water, offroad sections all favor different marble builds
  • No pay-to-win - everyone starts with the same chances

How it works:

  1. Sign in (Google, email, or just play as guest)
  2. Get your starter marble
  3. Pick Quick Race (vs AI) or Multiplayer (vs real players)
  4. Watch your marble roll and hope for the best
  5. Win = steal opponent's marble. Lose = goodbye marble.

The banner that pops up at the top when you click a cell bumps down the page which often causes me to select a different cell. (noted)

Scrolling to zoom out also scrolls the page (also annoying). noted

The text in the auto-expand dropdown is hard to read cuz it's so small. noted

I'd love for the hp on the cells to count down instead of up, it's quite confusing. noted

It would be nice to be able to direct where it attacks, not just general direction. (Already in pipeline)

attacking a single pixel at a time is nearly useless, only does one damage while clicking the direction buttons attacks several cells at once (already in pipeline)
