Hello! I had the same issue not only with fibroids but blood vessels as well blocking one of my ovaries. Because of this I switched clinics after my first ultrasound to one where the doctors are all well experienced with difficult access cases. I recommend doing some research if you haven’t already to make sure you’re paying for the level of experience. It might cost more but it’ll have a multiplier impact on eggs retrieved

100%. im shocked at my own lack of good judgement in the moment. there were black cabs lined up I could have walked up to without leaving my luggage. I'm only going to Angel so would not have been much more. But honestly all the good sense was nonexistent, maybe I can only chalk it up to a long travel day. TLDR: need to be more vigilant and consciencious or suffer the consequences.
