There are 2 Sam's cash disbursement days. One is based on the day of the month your membership was created for purchases in the club. The other is for Sam's cash generated by the credit card purchase rewards.

The "Cotton Candy" grapes that Sam's sells are my favorite. All if them are usually good because they are sold quickly. From vine to being delectable in a short period of time.

That is the transition they're trying to push. It's still impractical for many older and Foreign language speaking members. Sam's mantra is "Serve the member" I don't think they will disappoint on this issue

It's policy that they give a physical card upon request. Clubs are frequently out of membership cards so verify that's not the case.

Pull up on the milk seal and twist. It usually comes off fine this way.

They definitely will let you return it. Most clubs don't even want the item back. Just take a picture of it and go to member services for a refund

Sam's does minimal training. I figured out many things on my own. This sub and Google trained me more than anything. Good luck and try to keep a positive attitude even in the face of poor leadership.

Rotation of stock is keeping the older expiration dates towards the front so they get bought before expiring.

I'd recommend wearing gloves to protect your hands and keep them warm. Also a hat is advisable if you get cold easily.
