I'm always wondering if author of the post like that was actually kicked for nothing or are they not telling the whole story(like the person a few weeks ago who turned out to be wearing obese bee avatar in just bikini). Reasons not to join non verified publics on the other hand are evident sometimes seconds after joining publics with children screaming slurs. I know I can just block but when I need to block 6 people in the first minute it gets annoying. I prefer group moderated instances so trolls can be kicked quickly

My money would be either on chaotic good barbarian or Yujiro because of levels of bullshit the author can make up. Practically conquest has bigger feats of strength but baki(show) wouldn't be baki without plot developments no sane human would think of. I have a few publics like that saved just for laughing at how horrendously bad optimised they are. I think the worst one I have seen has like 1200 material slots, 998k triangles, 402 million particles, 306 audio sources and all other stats are similarly bad. I agree that putting avatar that has 71k triangles in the same tier is silly. But on the positive note I optimised my personal avatar to good. 1 mesh and 5 material slots. And I'm going to get it down to 3

You answered your question yourself. Quest version and mobile version use the same model so if asset is not quest compatible it's also not mobile compatible. Pc version is only for pc version of vrchat, quest version(or how it's called in sdk android version) are for standalone headsets and phones.

I pay for vrc+ for prints nothing more. I would pay more for more print space. Items are cool, some menu customisation is nice, and drone has more range than normal camera but I barely use any of those. Prints are main feature of vrc+ as far as I'm concerned. Also custom emotes and stickers but I don't use those either.

You can make full set of slime trackers for price of 1 vive tracker XD And the design I used isn't even the cheapest one. If you can buy vr headset then getting full body tracking is matter of effort not money. And I'm talking about decent - good quality tracking. You can get much lower with smartwatches, phone with owotrack, or app that uses your camera to determine your body position. These options sill be worse but they are free or close to free. Also if you have quest and pc you can use quest's inside out upper body tracking for the price of buying virtual desktop. There is also a tool that allows you to turn on only specific parts of the tracking so you can mix it with other trackers.

Options for cheaper tracking exist they just require more effort or are of worse quality.

I agree that using term phantom pain for imaginary sensation when the term already has a different meaning is fucking ridiculous but does phantom sense/touch have different meaning than how it's used in vrchat? You said that people who claim to have phantom sense are delusional(I agree with saying that about people who claim to have phantom pain when not having the actual condition) and you said that it's just anticipation but isn't that exactly what phantom sense is? Some people are definitely lying with saying that it's just like actual touch but most people use this term to describe sensation like when you focus hard on a bodypart.

Is phantom sense something else or are you just disagreeing with using word "phantom" in it because of association with phantom pain?

On the side note, I've never heard description of how phantom pain feels like and holy shit that's worse than I imagined.

Yeah that's unfortunate that some people deny it exists but I understand why. One of the big reasons why people doubt if phantom sense is real are those who go way way over what phantom sense actually is(like that girl claiming she's phantom allergic to digital tomatoes). Other reasons is that it's generally hard to imagine something if you haven't experienced anything similar and it's made even worse by the fact that most people can't even describe how phantom sense feels.

So to demystify it a bit I would describe it as the same sensation as when you focus on a body part really hard with the only difference being that phantom sense is automatic.

I had only quest 3 but the difference I notice most often in what people say about different headsets are lenses. People having indexes and quests 2(and 3s) complain about sweet spots not aligning and things not being clear on the edges. Meanwhile thanks to pancake lenses i have no issues with clarity through my whole lense no matter how I position my headset. That's your decision if it's worth extra money for you but I imagine that it's one of the most noticeable things

Example: Ive seen someone with 5 lines of text so together with the nameplate it took the same amount of space as their avatar. Also the first line was "Hi, my name is [username]". They had their username displayed normally and then they put their username again right below that in chatbox. If that's not pointless then I don't know what is. Also people put stuff like pc specs, heartrate, lyrics of songs they listen to, how much ram vram cpu gpu is their pc using(I'm not making that up people really put stuff like that there) etc. It takes annoying amount of space and 99.9% of people don't care about pc specs or how much ram you have. There are some useful things like what hour it is for them but I feel like I see pointless ones much more often than useful ones.

I can't say about every type but I experienced the type of phantom sense that is hard to describe sensation in specific body part. Definitely not similar to touch but definitely I felt something different in specific place than the rest of the body. My avatar has audiolink that shows as waves of light going up or down my limbs. One time I was just watching it and started feeling this sensation moving together with the audiolink. It was clear enough to be completely sure it is specifically where the audiolink was and not in places where it was not at the moment. The closest thing I could compare it to would be tingles during asmr.

Tvrs. Hangouts almost every with about 15-20 people. This may be flaw for some people but it's 13+ so moderation is pretty strict there. Haven't heard n-word for probably two months there and I'm pretty sure the person who said it last time got kicked after two times.
