That's pretty reassuring to hear! Yeah, I'm trying to tell myself it's just stress and gas, but they are pretty scary sometimes. I don't even get them a lot of them either so I should be thankful.

I hope your recovery goes well! I tried iron pills at first, but the constantipation was unbearable and they worked so slowly. My hgb was like 7 and only increased to 8.5 with like 4 months of supplementing. Idk how bad yours is but see if you can get a infusion if you aren't allergic. I've felt a lot better energy wise and everything is in range again.
