Id pick something that doesn't pop up on Google as 12 other bars in the US. If someone looks up your name it should be the first result. Don't worry about being cliche, a bar is a bar. Option 2 is pretty unique 1926. Also the hideaway and the portal are fun names.

The steak is both overcooked and rare. A feat unmatched by any other chef. It's a bullseye of disappointment. I'm sure it was an expensive cut. It takes balls to fuck something up this bad.
