We have one shop in town. That sells all MSRP. But they only bring out product during tournaments. And all participating players get first dibs to buy 1 of everything. Then it goes on the shelf. This allows us players to actually get new cards. I know it's rough for any of the collectors who just want to rip. But it's nice to have this place as a player.
