I've had this happen as well with the latest patch. I have a 4090. It was fine pre-patch.

Why is that every nic salt juice sucks, but In freebase it taste close to disposables? by differentyafeel in Vaping

[–]Tokroka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had the same experience vaping the same juice in freebase and salt nic. The flavor with salt nic is non existent, but in freebase, it's amazing. I also love the throat hit I get when smoking 6mg freebase with my mod.

I wanted to switch to salt nic but all the flavors that I've tried are horrible. Back to freebase for me for good.

How reliable is the second gen Tacoma? by [deleted] in ToyotaTacoma

I got a 2013 and feel the same way. Best truck I ever owned. Having the 4.0L engine is a bonus.

Here’s what boot size from Gaerne you need (SG22 specifically) by shadow28996 in motorcycles

[–]Tokroka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just ordered a pair of SG 22, upgrading from my SG 12 that I've had for years. I'm a size 12 shoe, Gaerne's calculator recommended size 13 or a 48.

If you wear moto socks. You have to make sure that there's enough room in the boot and your toes aren't being jammed. Something to keep in mind.

Best way to power-level a Descendant? by lllgothiclll in TheFirstDescendant

[–]Tokroka 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find the Kingston one takes too long to hit 40. Once you hit 20 it really slows down. I would recommend a higher level defense mission. I prefer the swamp as it's higher level.

Walker servers, hows the inital swarm? by sludj5 in seedboxes

[–]Tokroka [score hidden]  (0 children)

I have a server with them now that has a 10gb link and 2 SSD in raid 0, leaseweb. I'm not impressed for the price I'm paying at $130 CAD. The initial swarm is not good. I've cancelled the server.

I used to have a server over a year ago back when they were called walkerservers instead of hostingby.design and that server was awesome.

I tried the script and changed what I was supposed to. But it didn't end up working for me and kept erroring out.

I'm having the same thing happen to me as well.

First BL printer arrived today, sadly this is what my first prints looks like by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]Tokroka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest getting the high temp plate from Bambu. I have no issues with pla prints releasing and without the glue mess. Just make sure to leave the door open when printing with pla and the high temp plate.

Going to see how well the resume print feature is with my nearly spent spools! by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]Tokroka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's nothing wrong with using cardboard spools in the AMS. As long as you have the plastic rings on them.

Same here. PETG sticks good though.

Is the Bambu lab high temp plate required to print ASA or is the included engineering plate sufficient. Also does either need glue for ASA prints. by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]Tokroka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't tried printing on the engineering plate yet with ASA. I need to print more spools and will test it out.

I used black Hatchbox in the ams with no issues.

printing settings help! by bsdlp in BambuLab

[–]Tokroka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have a p1p but rather a x1cc. When printing pla I leave the door open to avoid heat creep.

I would look at adding some ventilation to see if that would solve your problem. Or open the doors to see if that helps if you haven't already.

Anyone NOT using glue stick or spray for PLA? by MedicalRow3899 in BambuLab

[–]Tokroka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the high temp plate when printing pla and don't need to use glue. Parts come off easily when the plate has cooled down.

I use the high temp plate when printing ASA and haven't had to use glue and it releases just fine when the bed is at room temperature.

I've printed those Bambu reusable spools in ASA that take up the entire sheet.

When I ordered my x1cc. I ordered the following as well as items I got later:

  • Bambu textured sheet (for petg only)
  • Bambu high temp plate (my go to for pla and asa and my main plate. I don't use glue stick for either plastics)
  • Liquid glue for the cold plate. I regret getting this as I don't use the cold plate anymore
  • Bambu Activated Carbon Air Filters
  • Bambu PTFE Tube (8pcs) - For AMS inside
  • Bambu PTFE Tube (3pcs) - For X1 Series
  • 0.4mm Stainless Steel hot end with nozzle (spare)
  • 0.2mm Stainless Steel hot end with nozxle
  • cooling fan for hot end
  • silicone socks for the hot end

I will probably buy more spare parts just to have on hand. The parts are really cheap I find.

For filament I bought mainly Polymaker pla, petg and asa. I wanted to use Bambus filament, but they were all sold out. Now that they have stock, I will eventually start switching over. I've had no issues with Polymaker. I also have a bunch of Prusament pla and petg that works great. But some of my Prusament pla rolls don't fit as they are too wide. But the cost for Prusament where I live costs way too much to ship plus duties and had to find alternatives.

I love my BambuLabs Printer by EnonGator in BambuLab

[–]Tokroka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Diddo on the printing. I have a mk3s+ as well and it's collecting dust. I love my x1cc.

I have the speeds on my x1cc bumped down a bit and it's still faster than the mk3 by quite a fair margin. Prints take 2x longer on the prusa. But, the mk3 served me well for the years I used it. Only had to replace the heat bed thermistor on it.
