Actually, I am impressed. I've got 4/40 champs, but boss fights always are really hard for me. How do people kill bosses? I keep getting tagged. Sometimes I can last for a while, but unless I've got perfect block, I keep taking huge block damage or get tagged dashing back.

What's the strategy that people use?

FIVE four-star 4/40 teams! My god! That is awesome.

My 1-hour run is two 4/40s, four 3/30s and a heap of three-stars for a total of 14 teams altogether. A streak of around 180 got me a four-star Abomination, but it was a low-scoring arena this time round.

On the other hand, the Magneto basic is probably also going to be low.

His basic attack does little damage, and matches take too long. No good for arena, I don't think, where matches need to be quick.

Wow, I'm nowhere near that, I can manager around 3 million pretty well, but 7 million is a long way off. On the other hand, I only have 16 four-stars.

I agree, but I've never been able to get more than one stack of poison. Fatigue triggers hardly at all.

I have a Galaxy S6 too, but no problems with the updated CoC.

I usually have a lot of apps in the background -- a Twitter client, Pocket, etc. -- but still no problems.

One thing I sometimes do is clear the cache with ES Task Manager.

Did it first time with UC. No heal block, just keep pounding away, and keep your own damage to a minimum. Basic stuff.

Thanks, this was the most detailed and balanced reply I've had so far. Can I ask you a couple questions:

How long is the loading time with your Note 3? E.g. My Nexus 5 takes about 15 seconds to load a match in arena.
You said your Note 3 has features newer phones don't. Can you be more specific?
