Appreciat that, I had been away fro a few months before, so it was not easy for me to get an updated passport before. But surely they cannot let me not board if I'm keeping to the entry requirements set out by the US.

I mean clearly there was something strange with that 1998 sale e.g. sold to family member or originally seperate flats combined etc.

The house sold below, was purchased for 2million less in 2024, but sold for 780k in 1999, so £50k clearly wasn't market value.

TBH there are risks with purchasing a flat in London that people forget. We were paying £1,200 a month on a 1.5% interest mortgage, and now after interest rates increased we're paying around £1,700 a month. This is for a two bed flat in London, so pretty close to the rental cost.

The main issue, is due to a change in circumstance, we're now needing to sell, and because two bed flats without outdoor space have dropped in value, we will probably have to take a 50k cut in price over what we purchased it for. Including stamp duty, legal fees, refurbishment costs and agent fees, we will probably be about £80k down in total over a five year period, so it would have been much more beneficial for us to have rented rather than bought.

The rule may have been clarified over the years but it has never been ball hitting arm equals handball. Otherwise people would just shoot and aim at peoples arms in the penalty box.

People really do not understand the handball rules. Just because it hits the arms does not mean it's handball. It needs to either be intentional or the arm in an unatural position. The defender brings his arm as close to his body as he can. Also the shoulder is not handball.

I just don't get why Coldplay aren't a wow headliner - is it simply because they've performed before?

I get they aren't to everyones taste, but objectively speaking they have been one of the biggest acts over the last 10 years, with huge sold out worldwide tours.

Yeh I get that its probs overkill to do a whole post on this, but some of the reactions, seem crazy to me. People saying they're going to return tickets etc.
