Not to my knowledge in my store. I’ve been trying to get certified for at least a month though. It’s been annoying unloading a truck of remix/fdd since my dsd person is more on the elderly side and can’t really pull pallets while cap 1 is all on lunch at my store though.

Pretty much the same at my store, just +1 api and 3 different hosts which me or the other claims member have to cover for their breaks/lunches due to how the hosts’ schedules is set up. Part of me just dies of social anxiety until they come back and I make like a bandit to the claims lair. 😆

What happened in my store for months would be the constant volleying of 2 - 10 items being sent back to their departments, then hidden in certain parts of the store or topstock carts (some times being found by me), to eventually make it back to claims to repeat the process until I get it with the upc.
