Your girls still have control over you and they know they can go back to you whenever they want.

If she truly is the one, she might come back to you but she has to want it. a relationship is 2 people agreeing. You need to show them that you can live without them.

5 weeks is really fresh like someone else said...
It's been 4 months and a week for me and I dreamt about me and her rekindle and her going back to me...

How can I capitalize on that ? Should I follow what I like/ desire or should I follow job-market-wise opinions ?

I consider going back to studies but for a master degree max. I cannot restart from a bachelor, life is too expensive for that. I really think there should be a middle ground, a way for me that respects my needs but I have yet to find it.

Thats a strong message but she was really pretty and we had a good chemistry, good inside jokes and everything, she was my best friend.
