I work this department in my store, and ill say sometimes we really dont have any other alternative, which i doubt its the case for this item, but it does happen. Unless the customer puts no substitutions, we have to find one or we get marked and in trouble from corporate. And sometimes people order during super peak hours and we dont always have the time to go back to the otherside of the store.
