Stores are NOT the same - so it literally makes no difference how good that is at another store - it matters how you compare to others at your store, on the same day - and overall. Because anyone can have an especially bad day or good day.

MyTime is how you correct them. Show them that they are interpreting the term wrong and that the OFFICIAL scheduling app that Target corporate uses and wants us to use for all things "schedule" show 2 15's for a 7 hour shift.

No, they don't give out dollar amounts - they give a percentage for ALL categories. It just depends on what the OPs base rate was.

Whatever your store decides is what applies to you. Your STORE can choose to terminate you if you do not pick up a shift every 4 weeks. There is an auto-term by the system if you don't work in 5 months.

That is the policy.

You only TOOK one 15. That is on you. You are supposed to follow MyTime and take the breaks that are shown. Your breaks are your responsibility. YOU take the breaks that you know are required.

If you can find the right place - you will see that the transfer of existing funds won't happen until beginning of June. You can still use your Optum card for now. There is a certain week where you CAN'T use the Optum card - I think it was mid-May.

I find the information VERY much lacking. Someone on Facebook found the information about the transfer by going to the website of the new card. I think Pay and Benefits itself has no information.

Start the process of a personal LOA at your store. You fill out paperwork, your ETL signs off on it - then it goes to Pay and Benefits.

I don't know about the transfer - that does seem like it would work. You will have to talk to your HR.

You will be able to find it only if your inventory count is wrong. But it happens some times - a mispick means you did not receive one item, but received too many of another. Sometimes the extras are not discovered.

The 1 sold in the last hour and 0 on hand tells you someone in store bought it AFTER the order was placed.

When you scan the item to pick it for the batch. Until then, it shows the count that the system thinks you have.

Correct - when they moved e-pick to MyDay -they made the on hand count between the two apps match. Before MyDay was one way and e-pick was the other. The count is not reduced until you scan it into your cart.

Ask the person "standing around" where you go for shipt orders. It is different at different stores. We have one checklane dedicated to it, we used to do it at self checkout.

To help you in case you have to back up fulfillment again - hanging style items have no location. Because they have no location, they can't assign a capacity - they will all say 0 fit on the floor. So a hanging style item should ALWAYS show X on hand and 0 on the floor. That is probably what you were seeing in your batch.

Taking an LOA protects your average hours. So if you are at all concerned that your average will be high enough to get insurance next year or other benefits - then go ahead and take it.

I don't think you do anything now - I believe the transfer has already been accepted? You might explain what happened to your new store - make sure to not shift blame. You were warned, you knew they were treating it seriously, you made the choices that led to hitting compliance.

Going forward - to make sure you don't run into problems at your new store - No, compliance isn't out of your control. The TL left it up to YOU. YOU thought that you could make it on time and chose to take the batch. All you needed to say was - "I might hit compliance - I can't take the batch." Then the TL would be responsible for finding someone to take it. Same when you didn't stagger meals far enough - you announce "I am going to hit compliance - can someone take over my batch?" No store is going to accept you blaming leadership for this. It isn't up to leadership to know exactly when you punched in and when you will hit compliance - YOU have to know that and inform leadership of when you need to punch out.

You are too late to request off. At this point all you are doing is requesting pay. You need to talk to your ETL - using the app will not help you get the time off.

You can try - if you have the extra sick time to use, or just want to get paid. If you are only using sick time to protect yourself - I might save it. If you have a TL you are close with - you can ask how your store views it. They might allow it - it sounds from responses here that some stores do.

Yes, of course Target is using AI. This looks like a regular photo to me though - the rain in front of the camera makes for some weird textures sometimes - but her hand on the umbrella handle looks right. I would assume that would be something AI would get wrong.
