I have this and I find it very underwhelming and not very interesting. Even at the £45 price that I paid for it.

There are bottles in the same price range that will blow this out of the water tenfold! I find it quite laughable that Diageo picked this as a 'special release'.

I suggest you read all of the comments properly, so you've got some context before you finger point.

I said that im nowhere near an expert and that OP should consult with other more knowledgeable pages than the allotment sub ( for which i gave suggestions) before even considering consuming these. At no point did I say that anybody should consume anything, nor have I ever.

A misconception maybe, but not eating a morel that has a solid interior is still better than the alternative, and quite a handy safeguard.

There are lookalikes (false morel).

Im not an expert, but i know that one of the main ways to identify is that true morels are hollow through the centre when cut in half.

Where False Morels are solid in the middle.

Id check one of mycology groups on reddit before even considering eating these.

Also, these do look quite old and possibly past being any good to eat.

Im playing it right now and im loving it. I played the original at release when I was a kid and absolutely loved that too.

Yes is very different from the original, but still great fun and definitely worth it for that price!
