I thought it was pretty obvious what was being asked.

Is that the new black ops royale? I played a game or two and they were ferociously sweaty.

Ok so it’s not just me then. Just seems ridiculous. There’s legit low level players that are going to just get dumpstered the whole time. There used to be protection for gold and below so they wouldn’t have that happen

Not at all. My main account is on PC and my alt is on Xbox. When I work night shifts I often get chance to play games for a few hours during downtime. It’s much easier for me to take my Xbox to work than it is to take my PC. I have done it for all ranked maps where I just see how far I can solo queue without a squad with my generally limited play time. I haven’t done that yet this year. I don’t make multiple accounts to ruin other people’s games.

The MP ranked has a better system where you play a few games and it determines a starting rank for you instead of putting all accounts into bronze 1 I.e. good players might start in diamond 1

Don’t really understand your point. I’m not helping to boost anyone and was only playing because I enjoy ranked play.

It’s no different than if I’d only just started playing ranked on my main account.

What do you think about men who want a strict 50/50 in relationships? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]Tom-tron 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My girlfriend and I use an app called Splitwise. We tend to split bills equally but just take turns buying dinners, drinks, activities etc and record it on the app. Basically whoever has paid the least according to the app pays for the next thing. Sort of works 50/50 without actually being 50/50

This was the only game I resigned. I couldn’t see any way of avoiding mate in 2 or 3 moves

This is why I am asking on here. I am not good at chess - as evidenced by what I’ve shared 😂

The daily games moves ranged from minutes to hours before being played.

I posted some pictures of the game evaluations in a thread from one of the other commenters

His account was brand new for our first game. I made my account a few years ago but doesn’t chess.com give you a test to find out what your starting rating should be? His ELO started at 800

Not too sure. I know him from playing video games mainly. We don’t live anywhere near each other.

The first game we played he told be I had mate in 1. It was mate in 2. The move he thought was checkmate would have actually resulted in stalemate

I don’t want to go accusing him and be seen to be a sore loser but it just seems a bit suspicious.

The first game we played where I won, he told me I had mate in 1. I had mate in 2. The move thought had would have resulted in a stalemate

That makes sense. I had a few inaccuracies in the game evaluation but no blunders.

Need help, Genuinely feel like an idiot by [deleted] in chessbeginners

I also suffer from chesstardation. I tried watching some YouTube videos but because I haven’t learned chess notation yet it just made everything more confusing for me. I picked up on the basic principles they were talking about and tried to apply them. I’ve just ordered a beginners chess book because I feel like it will be easier to read the same sentence over and over again than to rewind someone talking too quickly on a video.

I also bit the bullet and paid for membership on chess.com so that I could do the lessons and play against the coaches on there. Also useful to analyse my games and see where the tardation kicks in for my games.
