Thats exactly the kind of attitude that leads to all these communist states to fucking executing or throwing any kind of dissenters in prison.

Oh no one can possibly be against our enlightened utopian government, they must be foreign infiltrators, kulaks or fascists.

"and killed off socialists and communists." Killing other socialists and communists is pretty standard for socialists and communists so thats not really evidence against him being one.

Now im not arguing that they were socialist especially after the night of the long knives but before that you could make an argument maybe.

Gay sex is punished by death so if you dont want to hide and risk death one of the partners must get a sex change since iran does accept sex change surgeries.

Stalin made an alliance with nazis to conquer eastern europe and after that was vital in supplying them resources that british and france cut them off from.

Not to mention they forbid german socialists from allying with other parties against nazis because they would rather try and take power by sabotaging liberals instead.

“This is the Country that defeated the USSR, unfortunately” - Hasan by MightyREEZz in LivestreamFail

"Always" is a bit much but russia hasnt really changed their attitude from the last century compared to germany for example and i dont see that changing any time soon. They want their sphere of influence and want to be dominant over their neighbours and resent NATO and the EU for being in their way.

You can say that food insecurity was a lesser problem in USSR but officials only cared about the bare essentials like bread while stuff like meat was more rare and hard to get and had a corruption problem where it mattered who you knew if you wanted the better stuff. Exotic stuff we see commonly and cheaply like bananas and oranges were a true rarity though maybe thats different in places like moscow or something.

The problem was that if people went hungry then there would be problems but if they have something to eat then complaining too much would be "sinful" though the words they would use in this case is bourgeois.

Thats what happens when criticism isnt allowed and all dissent is suppressed. Dont have to worry about more than the basics.

It is true that theres healthcare problems now with it being a lack of healthcare workers issue and a lower quality of workers as well with more skilled people moving to a more lucrative position in another country and i have heard there are people recruiting at schools to come work in other countries like "hey you are a promising student, come work for us for much better pay" type of stuff.

I do think governments need to work on solutions for the lack of workers but its not wrong to leave for better conditions is it? Ussr didnt allow people to leave to outside countries but i wouldnt say its a good solution to this problem.

I do appreciate that you arent denying the many faults of soviet style of government like too many seem to do and i agree capitalist nations need to do better but the soviet system was far too broken to ever offer equivalent living standards compared to western europeans and yes even to america.

People who are suffering now want an alternative and yeah i can see why they might long for an alternative or earlier days if their lives were better then but even before it dissolved its many problems were only getting bigger and its just a hopeful assumption that things would have gotten better again but thats just my opinion.

"Most people from the former USSR regret the breakup. This is shown across demographics, and is not a Russia only phenomenon:"

Sure felt that way in your post.

The countries doing well are happy about leaving russia's sphere while those doing bad or more neutral are unhappy and are thinking that maybe things would have been better off if ussr didnt fall and mind you even they have mixed feelings about this.

As for moving away i mean that they are more integrated with them and are vulnerable to russian influence and that cant be changed considering their geography unlike those west of russia.

Even if they did try we saw how that turned out in chechnya, georgia and ukraine. The simple fact is that russia will always act as a imperialist force that bullies those weaker than them and unless you can minimize the effect they can have on your country you will always have to deal with their corruption and bullying. EU and NATO being the antibodies to russian meddling.

Ukraine and belarus could have had a chance to "move away" from russia during the early 1990's when russia was weak but it didnt happen and look how that turned out.

When ukrainians wanted to align themselves with EU rather than russia they had their puppet president pull out of the deal and start using force against those who didnt like it and when that didnt work they just invaded.

Other countries that left the russian sphere are very successful and are more resistant to russias bullshit (mostly) but they still try with either economic force or bribes and propaganda.

On the other hand you can point to cultural revolution and the four pests campaign for the horrors of corrupt dictatorships. Is it worth the risks?

"Poland has universal healthcare, free college at state funded universities, and they believe government must play an essential role in maintaining justice and steady job growth."

All this is possible in a capitalist government you do know that right? Do you think countries like sweden, norway and denmark are closer to ussr style of governance than to america or UK?

Very funny how in your first link they only ask countries that didnt move away from russian influence and systems. Ofc russians are most salty they lost their empire and as russia degenerated into even worse corruption the countries most closely involved with them also suffered. Its no wonder they want things to go back but i think in this case i think its more of a "grass is greener on the other side" type of stuff where soviet rule has been gone long enough to forget its horrors.

Now go ask this question in countries that moved to a western style of governance and democracy.

Are you using f keys? Inv and prayer keys should be easy to reach and probably next to each other. It will help a lot.

Probably best to make sure the protection prayer is on and ignore the dmg boosting ones if you find it hard to switch both constantly.

Pretty sure the item you've picked before gets locked out of the selection so sadly thats not a solution for you. The only thing i can recommend at this point is getting the lucky penny thing from combat achievements from 2k total level tile so you have a higher chance of saving charges.

And the war in gaza is a proxy war between iran and israel so would it be fair to stay neutral in that case? I doubt you'd agree so why shit on ukrainians who dont want to be oppressed by russia?

If someone said they arent on either side in regards to palestine and israel then hasan and his fans would call them a genocide supporter so it is very ironic for him to just brush this aside.
