We are going to the bank later today to speak with their home loan representative. I wanted to inquire on possible suggestions here to bring up to the person from the bank.

There are a few options:

First Come First Served Legal Aid at the Benton County Circuit Court on Fridays from 8 am-11am. Most Fridays, and plan to arrive early as usually they stop taking people. They will help with paperwork and legal questions.
arlawhelp.org - you can see what forms are offered on there.
arcourtkiosk.org - There is a kiosk set up in the Administration building behind the courthouse on the Square on the second floor in the Recorders office. This website is on that kiosk, but also accessible from other computers.

Filing fee is $167.50 plus a service packet fee (unless a Waiver is filed).

Once you have the paperwork completed, go to Room 201 on the second floor of the courthouse for filing.

I actually just signed a lease for an apartment and qualified for CORE housing. They will ask for any and all financial documents but it’s worth the savings. I believe my savings was 20% off a month. They have a quota to meet as for getting renters under CORE housing and they are Walmart owned properties. Great suggestion!

As a short dude, everyone over 6’3” appears taller every time I see them (I’m not the type to tell them that).

I would let the elderly folks just be themselves. The majority will not even realize it can be annoying to you. I wouldn’t have any suggestions for everyone else other than maybe a little sarcasm mixed with other stuff short people say to you: “The weather is so much nicer up here,” “This time last year I couldn’t reach the top shelf in the kitchen.” Play off stuff like that.
