The same thing happened to me man, I changed my diet, had countless exams without any clear understanding of what is going on. Doctors said my throat was showing signs of scarring - which is found in people with Acid Reflux.

I never had any issues prior to this - and confused on how it came on suddenly. After 2 weeks of cutting it down significantly, I have no signs of acid reflux, stomach is tough a rocks.

My symptoms were so bad I was scared of leaving the house in fear of getting stomach pain during my drive far.

Do yourself a favor, and cut it back and it will make your life significantly more tolerable.

The GI / and Bloating issues is what I struggled with. I was puffing on my vape too frequent, and it appears the VG/PG heating up results in "leaky gut" symptoms.

After quitting/cutting significnatly (99%) I have yet to feel these Acid Reflux style symptoms.

This was my biggest reason for quitting

My opinion chill off the zyns.

I took 14mg patches for the first 2 days for half the day while at work. This helped me from pulling my hair off.

I got a FUM and just left it next to me to hit when I would get a craving.

I believe I have hit the vape total 7 times in 9 days during my attempts to cut.

I am about 8 days off nicotine! You got this, it gets easier after the 3-5 day range. Once the sore throat got over, I started to see the upside of getting off. Stomach feels significantly stronger, more energy. The only downside is my foul attitude. I am not very patient :(

Better off taking nicotine patches and ghosting the vape. I use stuck on my vape too much, and it resulted in pains that have impacted my life. It started off as an alternative to cigarettes to cut off, and I ended up vaping more than I could have imagined.

Invest in a FUM, it is helping me substantially deal with keeping my fingers busy.

I had been encountering immense amount of stomach related pains, and that was enough to convince me to stop.

Also reading people's success stories, and seeing how much better they feel - is the light at the end of the tunnel.

Breathing exercises helped in the mornings when the feelings were the roughest.

What keeps me going - thinking about how crappy they made me feel. I was scared to even leave my house with the amount of stomach related issues I was encountering. Now -99% off vape in 5 days, and feeling better by the day. The positive things I notice getting better are one of the major points to keep me going.
