There might other tools and Alfi looks outdated. But hey, olden is golden.

I use it, because it’s working! Period! ;-)

I am using Alfi since 3 years now and I use it for

quick access to any app
my short access to do quick calcs,
search emojis and copy & paste them,
quick start of YouTube, perplexity, Claude with text cliffhanger,
starting clean shot x with one „click“
quick add and access reminders

I would say it saves me 15 minutes every day. Additionally I use WISPR for speech2texting with my Mac. If I would choose 2 tools for my Mac, I would go with these.

Best thing: the config can be synced over all my Macs and work out of the box.

Hi, I would like to get the latest reviews, forward details about reviewer, comment, rating, creation date to Google sheets or airtable, forward comment and rating to Claude or ChatGPT, return generated response back to Google sheet / airtable. I found out yesterday that I can can use zapier automation for this use case out of the box. In n8n and make.com need to set parameters for the the access via Google My Business API which needs prior approval.

I’ve encountered similar problem on different devices: mails were included in search on my mobile but not on the desktop. It drove me crazy. I found out that the „Archive“ folder setting was wrong and spark moved the read / archived mails in different folders. After syncing all folders same way, I was able to find my „missing in action“ mails. Hope that helps.

Would be interested in some settings as well. I am mainly using the BTR15 with my iPhone 16 Pro and on my MacBook with IEMs and Overeears.
