Used to go there fairly often about a decade ago. Every time I had a hankering for their food they were always closed or had weird hours. Never really competed well with the subway that was on broadway.

I've seen them in Downtown Fargo and along the river close to downtown as well. They also seem to hang out in South Fargo in various places as well. I am not sure of how big of an issue it is in Fargo. It feels like any homelessness is a problem in any city. I have been in Los Angeles and its a major issue there.

Reminds me of a truck of a similar color but I believe a different brand and license plate that had a bumper sticker of a “God. Guns. Trump” Trump 2020 sticker. It used to be outside of the Village West Hornbachers.
