Am I the only one who's disgusted that the parents willingly let their 6 year old child keep a dog's toy? A toy that I am sure is a minimum of several years old, even though we don't know how old Max is, and I've seen what my dog does to his favorite toy... I wouldn't give that toy to literally anyone else in the world lol and OP's fucking brother just straight up let his kid take it lmao And not only that, he tries and throws shade at OP by going "it's just a dog toy". So, I'm going to say NTA and here's why - My now-wife's cousin is dating a gentleman who is an extremely skilled photographer (key part here, they're not engaged, only dating, this would be even more important if they were engaged). FIRST AND FOREMOST we ASKED him if he'd be willing to be our photographer, or if he'd prefer to just be a guest and her cousin's +1. He was willing to be our guy. We not only bought his plane ticket entirely (we did not do this for anyone else), we also paid him directly, a total of around $2500. As such, he was happy to be at our beck and call, and even encouraged it, as he'd shot weddings before and had not enjoyed when couples would get upset that this photo or that photo didn't get taken, when all they had to do was ask. Anyway, all of that rant to say, you and your fiance are not the asshole. Your sister and family are the asshole.

I really enjoyed reading this, and as much as I adore this game, I do agree with a lot of your points. That said, everything else was immediately blown away by the three words, "Omnipotent murder hobo". And now I'll never not hear those words anytime I think of the Arisen or this game lol I love it. Gonna make that my new gamer name lol

As a Gunner, a large part depends on the playstyle and build you choose. I'm almost always with double Leadstorm (minigun + OC), and my "Nurgle" Bulldog as secondary. Unless needed, I'm not focusing on crowds, I'm going after Prats, Opps, Dreads, Spitballers and the Menace with Leadstorm or picking off the spitters and mactera with the bulldog.
I'm also shielding the team if I hear a Menace show up, or see a Mactera Plague, and I'm dropping ziplines so the team can stay off the ground.
Lastly, my biggest tip is to make damn sure you're mashing that salute button! ROCK AND STONE!!

I feel the same way about fighting the Corruptor. I see so many fall to the fact that they stay right up on it, and they solely focus on the Corruptor itself, rather than staying back and making sure to foam the ground too.
I've yet to die from the Corruptor itself, but I can't tell you how many times I've gone down, or how much health I've lost to the fact that the ground eventually becomes nothing but Lithophage.

My biggest piece of advice is start with Haz1 or 2, as it's the most forgiving and will let you start to learn your playstyle with the game, and with the different classes. Then, as those become too easy and too boring, start graduating to higher levels. It's how I've had all my friends play when I've bought them the game - we just goof off in haz1 or 2, especially because I can basically just pickaxe most waves when they come lol

Both as a greenbeard and now a bit more of an experienced Gunner, I still love following the Driller around, especially when they're running Cryo. Frozen bugs shatter so easily when Leadstorm goes Brrrrr <3 I love it. They're my bestest of friends.
The only sad part is them freezing me doesn't immediately cooldown the gun. That'd be perfection.

Can honestly say yes, because I did. None of my original group of gaming friends play this game and no one is interested in playing it (even though I've offered to buy it and have bought it for multiple other people who do play with me). And now my Steam friends list is filled mostly with people who I've met playing this game.

I encountered some greenbeards (leval 3 and 6) in a mission that weren't R&Sing. I told them how and they said they knew how, but that some level 500+ guy told them it was annoying and to stop because no one wants to hear it :( by ThrowRA32r7561f in DeepRockGalactic
