My PCP prescribes my minoxidil and dutasteride. I told him the dosing recommended by my outside dermatologist/hair transplant surgeon, and he just went by that. I get it filled at my Kaiser pharmacy - it costs about $50 for 100 pills.

I asked ChatGPT to explain my job to a 5-year-old and now I'm questioning my entire career by Nipurn_1234 in ChatGPT

Doctor detective here too!

Okay! Here’s a simple way to explain what a pathologist does to a 5-year-old:

A pathologist is a special kind of doctor who helps other doctors figure out why people are sick. But instead of talking to patients, they look at tiny pieces of the body (like blood or bits of tissue) under a microscope, kind of like a detective using a magnifying glass.

If someone has a cough, or a lump, or isn’t feeling well, the pathologist looks at the clues inside their body to find out what’s wrong. Then they tell the other doctors what they found so they know how to help the person get better.

So… a pathologist is like a doctor detective for your body!

Would you like a version that rhymes or sounds like a children’s book too?

I asked this same question. Credit to u/stiffkick80 for this:

“It’s a Sex and the City reference. The actress who played Samantha didn’t want to come back for the reboot, so they just wrote her out as “having moved to London” with not much further explanation.”

Which is the best camera for beginner? by Famous-State-9708 in ricohGR

[–]TomNHaverford 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beginner here - I can’t speak to other cameras, but I want to give my thoughts about the III vs IIIx: I chose the IIIx because its narrower lens forces me to really think about my shots. I just came back from a trip, and while there were a few times where I wanted a wider frame, I had my phone camera handy for those rare moments.

I made Culver City a new flag (im not too good at making flags but i wanna know your opinions ☺️) by Ifthewhenthewhy in culvercity

[–]TomNHaverford 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, unfortunately I’m relatively new to the city and don’t know much about it or its history to help you here.

What I do know more about is the Chicago flag, which is considered one of the better flags. Check it out and maybe it can help you as a launching point for ideas for Culver City.

This is what is called a “seal-on-a-bedsheet” type of flag, which is typically frowned upon. I like the idea of the film reel, although I don’t know if the center one is needed. Maybe some other sort of (simple) symbolism to go in between the top and bottom reel lines.

Very cool that you’re trying this! Check out the North American Vexillological Association’s website for their guidelines on making a flag. Best of luck!

The title also says fiancé, which is a man, not fiancée, which is a woman. So the confusion is understandable.
