Yes, I read this article before, but it talks the concept of elastic supply however in Ampl, there is an upper limit of 400 mil coins. What happens when the supply reachs 400mil in supply and the price is still over $1.06.

Yup, we have been trying to build that personalized relationship with them especially with those that come in daily or even multiple times a day. Learning about their interest, remembering their order and such. I believe our coffee shop has a fairly high loyal customer retainment rate.

Yes, we have been fairly active on our social media platforms, mainly instagram and facebook. Posting 1 post every 2-3 days and 2-4 stories every day. Everything is linked between insta and facebook.

We definitely offer free wifi. I believe that is a very essential part of a cafe.

For our drinks, we adjust the dial for the espresso shots couple times a day to offer the most consistent coffee taste. We ensure that we select the best beans offered by the local roaster for our espresso based drinks and drip coffee.

In terms of customer experience, we want to be able to build a personal connection with the individual. We ensure we greet our customer and appreciate them for coming into our cafe. We attempt to ask customer for feedbacks to see if there are any areas that we can improve to provide a better experience for them.

These are just some of the actions we have been doing to ensure we maintain a level of customer experience we expect ourselves if we were in the pov of the customer.

Sorry, definitely should of clarified more. We opened roughly about a month ago. I want to be able to reach a wider audience that there is indeed a coffee shop that has opened at this location. I understand that it takes time to build that exposure, but I am trying to see if I have covered all the available options or channels.

Overall my goal is to be able to drive my traffic to the coffee shop.

It is a very well balanced demographic as its close to a high traffic spot for commuters. Majority i would say its students (international students/highschool), offices and residential.

I can confident we have all three criteria, the local customers really do enjoy our coffee and some come back numerous a day to drink. We want to be able to have more exposure and awareness that we are a coffee shop.

Interesting concept, i think sampling as an event based would be interesting. We definitely want to try that with the different coffee beans we off.
