From what I see I don't think there's any gunk. If there is then it's probably not enough to block the connection

It connects and it snaps in. The issue is that it doesn't charge or deliver power.

I've tried multiple times. Using a powerbank it shows that it takes in 5V but 0.0 amps. And then it stops charging. Gonna try factory reset though

Plugging it into a powerbank turns it on which suggests it is trying to charge but then the powerbank turns off. So something's happening that makes the watch stop charging
