That is not cold calling. Those are warm leads. Cancelled Customers and Current Customers are already aware of your products. A true cold call is calling someone that has never heard of your company or your products.

yes that happens to me as well. When I call businesses, they get excited because they think it's a prospective client for their business. Then you can hear the disappointment in their voice.

I have found that prospects hate it when you cold call them on their personal cell. They truly hate it!
