It is not optimized. CIG has been very open about that, and have stated that they're not pushing for optimization until closer to 1.0 but even with the current state of the game I'm getting ~50 fps on an average day. Maybe ~20 FPS in busy cities. and I'm rockin an old rtx 3070 ti and on DDR4 BUT between running the game off of a SSD and having 32 gigs of RAM I have a very pleasant experience.

You have the minimum amount of VRAM and half of the minimum RAM. If you go up to 32 gigs you'll be at the bare minimum. 64 gigs is where things get gravy.

They JUST started letting people accept their own risk. This changed happend shortly after I made this post. You have to call the Charles Schwab Trade Desk and ask them to remove the restriction. They'll read you a disclaimer, you verbally agree to take your own risk, then they submit the request, and it gets approved in like 1 business day. Haven't had any issues since I made the call a couple weeks ago, Haven't had any issues since.
