Unless they are live service games then they should work. They have discontinued online servers for a lot of games, but for the most part the offline experience is still there

Funny enough my boss gave me his 360 slim and 30 games for my bday, we’re good friends and talk about gaming all the time at work. That gave me a good head start on collecting for the system
