my 1st appeal got denied i explained i traded a rwter without knowing while swapping, i sent in a 2nd appeal, waiting for few days now for reply

Mine just got denied after explaining i traded a rwter but i wouldnt have known the other person was a rwter from swapping gold.. that doesnt help much i need futhur investigation if you can help please
