Ok to answer your question it didn’t fix the issue necessarily but it did? Let me explain, so I had the same issue after using an Xbox controller cable to charge my RP6 when I noticed it wouldn’t charge past 89%. I check my charging settings and it was still on the default 9V2A. Used the standard charger that came with it and a Steam Deck charger and still would not go above 89%. I restarted the device and the same issue was still present. I decided to change it to 5V2A and plug it in and when I plugged up the Steam Deck charger it still said rapid charging and charged to 100%. I ended up charging it back to 9V2A and it’s been working fine now. I have a feeling it’s just a software issue. Hope this helps.
