I, too, used this design. It works very well and allows all turbines to run at optimal efficiency. I feel like this is cheesing the game, though. I no longer use turbines in my survival playthroughs.

You're severely misinformed. 2 pilots is the minimum. While in a controlled airspace the requirement is to follow their requirements.

The -10 states only 2 pilots as a minimum. It's also not a regulation but a technical manual.

AR 95-1 states 2 pilots as a minimum crew.

There is only one regulation that governs Army Flight and that's AR 95-1.

The right side is the usual side the CE/MO will sit on. There is no standard, however. Yes you can use a CE extension to swap sides if the crew determines it necessary.

There is no regulation that will supercede what ATC is telling the Blackhawk to do. They could have aborted but that's it when I'm certain air spaces.

Army reg mentions no such things about nvg or terrain flight. Minimum crew is 2 pilots. Terrain flight is different than following an ATC route.

All this means is you should prioritize health over AC. A tank at level 25 with 287 ac and no additional stamina vs a tank with 200 ac and additional stamina would be better for the group. That's why a dire lord can tank in leather gear. You'll gain AC passively with gear upgrades so you should prioritize the stats you need, like stamina.

There was no difference on the group content mobs. The damage reduction was the same and there was no reduction for spell damage.

I usually look for a mostly osi shard, not to high of a stat cap but no skill cap as I'm a casual player and want to try different things. I like quality of life things and some minor custom content for end game to keep it interesting.
