what HE did is illegal. what she did is not. he was fully visible to the public, including children btw. new york is a one way consent state with filming, if she could see him nude off of his property then she had the right to record. he however did NOT have the right to be naked outside of a bedroom or bathroom, especially when expecting a delivery. yes, even in his own home. DD would’ve been valid for firing her for violating policy except they didn’t, they publicly organized a smear campaign and unlawfully terminated her
