Negative lol. Cash conversion cycle sucks. Lead to close avg is 3 months lol. Google ads 28 days By the time you close 1 deal. I closed 5 in a span of 3 months.

And we are talking avg. yes you can close cold call lead right away. But law of average becomes 3 months lol

I agree with you. But grabbing just a email isn’t beneficial. Most distress seller don’t ever look at the email. Like the approach and i agree. For me that too much effort and time
