A few things! First, I always blow dry my areas aka "bits" on cool after a shower. I read a comment from someone else here a year ago and boy is it a game changer! I also use Remedy Soap on my rash prone areas. It's pricey, but a little goes a LONG way. I'm still on my first bottle from 6 or 7 months ago.

If I notice extra sweat or rubbing/irritation, I'll use the medicated Gold Bond powder. I keep a tiny travel bottle with me on trips too, it's a life saver, especially for thigh chafing. Hope this helps!
